Modules for Self Therapy - online learning for growth

These courses will be based on researched evidence and practical experiences with clients in sessions. 

They can be used by individuals in complement to therapy sessions or by organisations interested in improving the wellbeing of their staff remotely or office based. 

The modules are to address of range of common issues and learnings:

After walking the Camino in Spain in 2023, Sandy  is interested in developing options for ex-service people /living with trauma to experience this great healing experience in a supportive setting.  Speaking French would also enable Sandy to facilitate travelling through this beautiful part of the camino near the Alps.
